Get your ADHD workplace coaching 100% government-funded.

Access Specialist Support Through JobAccess

Specialised ADHD career coaching isn't an elite luxury—it is a practical workplace adjustment. Under the Australian Government’s Employment Assistance Fund (EAF), eligible employees can access funding cover for Specialist Learning Disorders or Mental Health Support programs.

The application process through JobAccess can feel visually overwhelming for a neurodivergent brain. We have broken the entire journey down into clear, low-dopamine-drain milestones, and we will help you navigate the paperwork every step of the way.

The Step-by-Step Funding Roadmap

Step 1: Check Your Eligibility

Before spending energy on paperwork, ensure you meet the baseline criteria set by JobAccess.

  • Location: You must be an Australian Resident (or hold an allowable visa exception like a TPV/SHEV).

  • Impact: You have an ongoing condition (like ADHD) that has lasted or will last for at least 2 years, impacting your daily work duties.

  • Employment: You have a current job offer or are currently employed/self-employed.

  • Hours: You typically work a minimum of 8 hours per week (or 20 hours if self-employed).

    • 💡 Working less than 8 hours? You may still qualify on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the JobAccess provider if you are building toward 8 hours with explicit employer support.

Step 2: Gather Your Supporting Evidence

JobAccess requires official documentation to verify your application. To make this painless, take this exact checklist to your doctor:

  • [ ] The 2-Year Medical Confirmation: A report or medical certificate from your GP, psychiatrist, or allied health professional. It must explicitly state that your ADHD is an ongoing condition lasting 2+ years that substantially affects your ability to perform your employment duties.

  • [ ] Employment Proof: A copy of your signed and dated employment contract, recent payslips, or an official letter of offer showing employment is expected to last for at least 13 weeks.

  • [ ] ABN Details (If Self-Employed): Your active ABN, diary/appointment records proving your hours, and tax or invoice statements showing you earn at least the National Minimum Wage.

Step 3: Secure Your Coaching Quote

JobAccess requires a formal financial quote from a specialised provider before they grant approval.

  • What we do: Book a brief chat with us. We will generate a compliant, itemised quote formatted exactly to JobAccess specifications.

  • ⚠️ Critical Warning:Do not pay for coaching sessions yet! The EAF will absolutely not reimburse or approve funding for services that have already been purchased or committed to prior to receiving formal written approval from JobAccess. We must wait for the green light.

Step 4: Submit Online (We Can Do It Together)

All applications are processed through the secure JobAccess Online Services portal.

  • The Frictionless Route: The online portal can trigger executive dysfunction. If you prefer, you can formally nominate us as your Application Nominee. With your written permission, we can handle the data entry, upload your medical evidence, and manage communications with the JobAccess provider on your behalf so you can stay out of the paperwork swamp.

Let’s clear the administrative hurdles together.
