Client Partnership Agreement

This document outlines how we work together. My goal is to provide a clear, supportive structure so you can focus on your coaching journey while being confident about the process.

1. Our Coaching Partnership

  • The Approach: Coaching is a collaborative process. All session outcomes, solutions, and ideas are generated together by you (the client) and your coach. We seek to provide the framework and expertise helping you overcome whatever is holding you back in life. Clients will not be “held” accountable for actions they do not envisage or collaborate about during sessions. Session notes created by the coach will be a normal part of the coaching process.

  • Location: Sessions are primarily conducted in person and in a variety of settings based on what you the client needs. However, online sessions (via Google Meet) are always available if preferred or required.

  • Parties: This agreement is between good attentions and the Client.

2. Cancellations & Time Management

  • The 48-Hour Rule: To maintain a consistent coaching rhythm and to respect planning and preparation, I require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations. However, unexpected things arise in life and postponing a booking is possible provided there are available alternatives in the 5 days following a scheduled appointment.

  • Any change less than 24 hrs before a scheduled appointment will forfeit the full fee.

  • Normal coaching sessions are ONE hour in duration. Session times are strict and coaches will not go for additional time to make up the time in the advent of a client being late. If more time is required, clients should book an “Extra Session” or a “Deep Dive” session via the “Add-on” section in the online booking system.

3. Your Data, Privacy & Confidentiality

  • Strict Confidentiality: Everything we discuss is private. I will not share your information with third parties without your express written consent (unless legally required to do so).

  • Data Protection: Your personal data (including personal, payment and coaching information) is handled securely in accordance with data protection standards. Your data is secure and protected on all digital platforms via Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).

  • Session Notes: Notes will be taken (either written or recorded) to help track your progress, guide coaching facilitation and maintain transparency. AI voice-to-text and summary technology will normally be used to create session notes. If you do not want AI technology to be used during your session, make this known to your coach prior to commencement of session. Any notes created during sessions belong to the coach but are freely available at any time. To request a copy, simply email at admin@goodattentions.com.au.

4. Payments & Bookings

  • Automatic payments: To simplify the process of invoicing and paying for sessions, payment will be taken automatically at the time of your booked session. Thus, card payment details are required at the time of booking (powered by “Stripe” online software).

NB: payment for sessions WILL NOT be processed upfront unless one opts to “Pay up-front” for Bundles or Subscriptions.

  • Invoicing: If your session has not been pre-paid, an invoice will be issued following the session. Please ensure payment is made within 7 days of the invoice date. An automated tax invoice will be sent via email following your session. Please notify good attentions prior to your first session if the booking name differs from the name that you would like to appear on the invoice (E.g. for business tax purposes).

5. Confirmation & Next Steps

By proceeding with your first session, you agree to these terms. NB: There are some subscription products, which upon sign-up, clients commit to a minimum of 3-months. Clients must carefully choose the product that matches their needs. In the event of extenuating circumstances, cancellation of products may be allowable upon consultation with good attentions.
