ADHD Coaching
& Education Coaching

Helping you turn scattered attention into clear priorities, so you can move forward with confidence, intention, and a clear vision for what’s next — at work, in study, and in life.

A supportive partnership for older teens and adults, tertiary students, young professionals, and parents across the Central Coast, NSW (and online). No formal diagnosis is required. We focus on daily domains: study, work and career, sleep, physical health, habits, and relationships.

When hard work isn't the problem, but momentum feels out of reach.

Most people with ADHD are exhausted from trying harder. You have likely been told to "just focus," "stop procrastinating," or "stick to a plan." But standard organisational advice rarely works for a racing mind.

If you are experiencing:

  • Racing or scattered thoughts that refuse to switch off, especially at night.

  • Inconsistent follow-through that leaves projects, studies, or daily tasks half-finished.

  • Time blindness and lateness that strain your relationships and professional reputation.

  • The friction of underachieving despite knowing exactly how much potential you have.

  • Relying on high-dopamine distractions (like screens or loops of novel stimuli) just to cope.

...it is easy to internalise these struggles as personal failures. They aren't. They are executive function challenges. Coaching helps move you out of survival mode and into a space where you can actively plan, build, and steady your stride.

We don't look at ADHD in isolation. We look at your whole life. Our framework balances deep self-compassion with active personal responsibility, operating across three core pillars:

A holistic framework for real-life strategy.

Understanding how your specific presentation of symptoms shows up, uncovering your unique strengths, and identifying exactly where patterns disrupt your day - all so that we can lighten the load of life’s challenges freeing you up to fly.

Insight

Building custom workarounds, designing practical shortcuts, and developing tailored toolkits for your work, study, habits, and sleep routines - all so that you can gain traction from your efforts and build real momentum.

Strategies

Reminding the self of one’s strengths, leveraging who you are and where you have come from, articulating values and purpose - all so that we might align goals and personalise strategies with who you actually are.

Foundations

"Working with Greg finally got me unstuck. He helped me get out of my own way, navigate distracting thoughts, and actually follow through on the things I committed to doing."
